Excited about real bread? Munx make bread in the traditional way, by hand, and with patience. Munx never add artificial flavourings or preservatives. The 30 different flours are sourced from local millers or imported from Paris.
Bread is baked in a wood burning oven and a natural Lakeland spring which runs under the bakery, provides a vital element of water for the dough. The result is true artisan bread of substance, colour, texture and taste.
A variety of other delicacies are also available at the bakery, from chutneys to cakes.
